What’s different about EVOLVE

  • A FRESH APPROACH

    Experience mentorship-driven and collaborative learning.

To truly make health care accessible, we had to evolve our idea of patient care, and how we deliver it. We had to think bigger. We had to think in terms of community and collaboration, and how to make proven resources like mentorship, not just accessible, but commonplace. Our mission drove our approach: mentorship and collaboration are at the core of all programs and integrated into the learning and development process.
  • INTERACTIVE ONLINE LEARNING

Bring your unique practice setting and challenges to every interaction.

Programs are purpose-built for not just an online approach, but an interactive one; bring your unique practice setting and challenges to every interaction. Joining Evolve means joining a community of clinicians, who together, connect, collaborate and support one another from the Foundational Concepts Course and beyond.
  • HYBRID MODEL

Learn with the flexibility you need, on and offline.

Programs combine both live sessions and self-paced content giving you the freedom to learn where, when, and how suits you best. All courses include live online discussions and mentoring, as well as self-paced recorded lecture content.

Mentorship doesn’t just shape clinicians.

It shapes communities, and patient care as a whole.

  • Strengthen your clinical reasoning skills

Strengthen your clinical reasoning skills. Feel confident in various means of critical reflection and reflective practice. Develop your expertise, confidence, and advance your career.

  • Find your place among a community of likeminded professionals

Find your place among a community of likeminded professionals, who from the onset of the Foundational Concepts Course, will be an ongoing resource and source of support.

  • Small batch learning

Courses with fewer participants not only learn more, they learn faster. They share more ideas, interact with one another, and collaborate more freely creating a fundamentally different learning environment. We limit enrollment to no more than 20 participants per course to ensure a focused approach.

Inclusive learning, wherever you practice.

Removing barriers to professional development in physiotherapy

We believe every patient deserves access to quality care — and every clinician deserves the opportunity to provide it.

Many physiotherapists practice in environments with limited time, support, or access to professional development. For some, that’s rural or remote care. For others, it’s solo practice, complex caseloads, or being early in their career. These realities shape clinical decision-making, often without the space or support to think them through.

EVOLVE programs offer mentorship-based, virtual learning designed to support growth regardless of location, resources, or practice setting. Wherever you practice, this learning is built to meet you where you are.
